About Me

I am an Electronics Engineer with nearly ten years of experience in the electronics and software industry. After taking a career break to focus on motherhood, I remained actively involved in education as a parent-educator, guiding my children from early childhood through their pre-teen years. Today, they are confident, independent young adults, reflecting the impact of a guided learning environment.

With a strong aptitude and long-standing interest in Mathematics, I began tutoring students over seven years ago. Since then, I have worked extensively with students from a wide range of international schools across Hong Kong, gaining valuable experience in supporting diverse curricula and learning needs.

My tutoring approach is highly personalised and tailored to each student’s individual capability, academic level, and learning pace. I place strong emphasis on conceptual clarity, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of mathematical principles rather than relying on rote methods. Lessons are structured to progress at a pace that is both comfortable and effective, allowing students to build confidence, think independently, and apply their knowledge successfully. Supporting students in achieving sustained academic improvement and self-assurance is the most rewarding aspect of my work as a tutor.
